*We require a 50% down payment for bookings in order to guarantee reservations made.
*Cancellation Policy - Do to the nature of our business we require a 30 day prior notice of cancellation in order to refund any down payments made to secure reservations. If we receive a notice of cancellation with less than 30 days notice from the beginning date of your reservation there can be no refund.
